Ultimately that’s part of the output of what the Essence of Life workshop aims to equip our participants with. In addition to that, our meditation coach Michael Teh also teaches participants how to realize their truest potentials. Wisdom sharing with a philosophical understanding is what differentiates our Essence of Life workshop too.
