What is Meditation?

What does meditation mean to you? Do you know that meditation has different effects on each individual who practices it? Personally, through the means of meditation, I had come to realize that I have learned to not only live naturally but gained the ability or awareness to be in control of my own mind and emotions. Ultimately, through deep meditation, I have come to the realization and to be in tune to WHO WE TRULY ARE. And as a result, I am peace, bliss, love, and light.

Meditation affects each individual who practices it differently.
Personally, for me and throughout this journey of mine, through the means of meditation, I had come to realize that I have learned to not only live naturally but gained the ability or awareness to be in control of my own mind and emotions. Ultimately, through deep meditation, I have come to the realization and in tune to WHO WE TRULY ARE. And as a result, I am peace, bliss, love, and light.
And by living naturally, it means we become more sensitive to nature’s in-born resources and innate intelligence. In other words, you develop the extra sensing capability and awareness of your own being, where you are able to feel deeply about yourself, or others around you. With these capabilities of sensing, inner knowing naturally arises and you are able to process the information deeper. As a result, you become more intuitive and often you find wisdoms to overcome challenges. At the same time, you’d become more patient, more positive and loving while faced by problems and challenges, that may previously trigger you to become angry, sad, hateful, and other negative emotions.
Meanwhile, we will also be in control over ourselves and control over our inner thoughts and emotions.
By developing the awareness that you’re not the body and the mind, you will begin to develop the pure awareness of your TRUE SELF – which is Nothing but Love. And by knowing and realizing this truth, you begin to have the wisdom and capability to control of your own mind and emotions, ultimately leading you to be the Master of your own destiny.
That said, in order to be in communion with your true self, it is by no means easy but through discipline and being devoted to the practice of meditation and right knowledge, you’ll experience a touch of your True Self. As a result, peace and love will naturally grow within you.
And as you embark on this journey of meditation, you will soon realize that there are many façades of your “Self”, depending on your beingness and consciousness, which is highly dependent on your own mind and emotions. Through deep meditation, you are able to transcend, and come to discover that you are not the body, nor the mind, but pure awareness expressing itself. Hence, I would like to encourage you not to hesitate in embarking on this journey of meditation with me as it will surely benefit you.
In the beginning of my personal journey, meditation has helped me destress and to calm both my mind and body. At the same time, it has helped me stay focused as well as gain peace and clarity of mind and have control over my thoughts and emotions. In addition, meditation can also be used to heal your inner wounds and release negative emotions and restore your inner wellbeing.
Ultimately, truly I tell you, meditation is the doorway for you to realize who you truly are and to bring yourself back to your True Self. And once you start to live naturally with your True Self, you are able to live a healthy and balanced life and a life of higher consciousness and potentials.
So, how do we learn to meditate?
In actuality, each one of us has the innate ability to meditate. One has to realize that meditation is something which you already are. It is not something that you need to perform, to do or to learn. We just need to cultivate the awareness of that which you are through breathing and the right sitting postures. However, when you are unaware of it, there are techniques and guides to get you started or help inculcate that awareness within you.
And if you’re in need of a guide, allow me, through my guided meditation, help you to start your meditation journey as well as to learn to be aware of that nature.

Throughout this journey with me, you’ll learn the fundamentals of breathing and
having the right posture. It is essential to have the right posture and breathing
technique before getting a glimpse of what meditation truly is. And once we have
worked on your breathing and posture, we will work on your mind with the ultimate aim to meditate with stillness and peace.
And once you become aware or have experienced your true nature; stillness and
peace through meditation, I assure you that you’d want meditation to be part of your daily routine. Believe me, it will become effortless once you start making meditation a daily habit. And like I said, meditation is second nature to all of us. So, you need not worry about how to integrate it into your lifestyle.
At the same time, the moment you have touched the essence of who you truly are,
you will naturally be drawn to do it each day for your inner well-being, and you will get addicted to it. It is like drugs, except that this is something which you already have it in you, you need not seek for any external stimulant. Since embarking on daily meditation, I have benefitted from good health, and have not fallen sick for a long time. The cultivation of joy and positivity through meditation has also bring tremendous benefit to my overall dealings with work, friends, associates and family.
However, of course, in the initial stages, you will find it difficult as you may think that you do not have the time or are unable to focus and meditate. I’ll admit that there will be obstacles, but I encourage you to press on and to focus on the aim of realizing your true nature through daily meditation.
Having said that, the key to move forward on this journey is to touch the essence of the truth and that is why I am here to provide you guidance on your journey.
