Before we reach our objective of self-realization, it is essential to know what self-realization really is.
From my personal experience, it is a journey of us going inwards through the means of meditation where we go on a quest to seek the understanding and awareness of who we truly are. And as you go on this journey of self-discovery, you will realize that there are varied versions or potentials of your “SELF” whom you may choose to become according to both your Consciousness and Beingness, which also highly dependent on your own Mind and Emotions.
In my ultimate realization through meditation, you are the Absolute, and being completely still – like you are in a centre void of darkness, it is empty and nothing but pure awareness expressing itself. In other words, through the means of deep meditation, in a state of samadhi, you transcend the body and mind. This is where I realize that I AM not the body, nor the mind, but pure awareness expressing itself. In this state of being, I am completely still and emotionless. As I dive deeper and descend through the Nothingness, I realize that it is the Love that powers life and creations. In this state of being, I feel the eternal bliss, love, and light. As I dive deeper into the Love and Light, and contemplating on my life journeys, I can’t stop crying, the tears continually roll down my face, and I can’t do anything to stop them.
